Mobile Appointment Services

We come to you. Parker Visual Notary Services is entirely mobile and appointment-based — there is no walk-in office. We travel to your home, office, hospital, care facility, or any agreed-upon location within our service area.

Where We Meet You

Availability

Eligible simple weekday signings can start from $80, while broader weekday mobile appointments commonly start from $125. Evening and weekend appointments are available by request, and rush or same-day appointments are subject to availability. Please note that all notarial acts require the physical presence of the signer. Massachusetts authorized remote online notarization in 2023, but the Secretary of the Commonwealth has not yet released the required training and notification form, so no Massachusetts notary can perform it yet.
