Transparent pricing, no surprises. All fees listed below are for notarial and administrative services. They do not include legal advice, document preparation, or legal representation — none of which are offered.
Standard Appointments
Monday – Friday · 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Appointment base (travel + first notarial act, within service area) | $125 |
Each additional notarial act at the same appointment | $25 |
Evening Appointments
Monday – Friday · After 5:00 PM
Appointment base (travel + first notarial act, within service area) | $175 |

Weekend Appointments

Weekend appointments are available throughout the day. Standard service area applies.
Rush / Same-Day Appointments

Rush and same-day appointments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please submit your request as early as possible and indicate urgency in your notes.
Extended Travel
For locations beyond the standard Boston / Brookline service area
Extended travel fee (roundtrip, per mile beyond standard service boundary) | $1.50/mi |
Standard service area covers Boston and Brookline. Extended travel applies to Newton, Watertown, Somerville, Medford, and other Greater Boston communities.
