I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification

We offer mobile I-9 support for remote hires and employers when an employer designates us as its authorized representative for in-person document review and Section 2 completion. This can be a convenient option when an employee is located away from the employer's office.

What This Service Includes

Mobile appointments for remote hires and employers
Section 2 completion as an employer-authorized representative when designated by the employer
Convenient in-person document review at home, work, or another agreed location
Professional scheduling for individual hires or recurring employer needs

Important

This service is not a notarization of Form I-9 itself.
A notary seal is not placed on Form I-9 unless a separate notarial certificate is required for a different document.
The employer must authorize the representative and remains responsible for I-9 compliance.
Employees must present acceptable original documents required by the employer and Form I-9 rules.

Please note: We do not provide immigration advice, employment-law advice, or guidance about which identity or work authorization documents an employee should present. Employers and employees should follow current USCIS Form I-9 instructions.
