What To Have Ready
A smoother appointment starts with a few basics confirmed ahead of time.
Each signer should have a current government-issued photo ID with photo and signature.
Documents should be complete before the appointment, but most should remain unsigned until the notary instructs you to sign, unless the document specifically says otherwise.
All required signers should be physically present at the time of notarization.
If the document requires witnesses, those arrangements should be confirmed in advance.

Add-ons like print service, scan-back, shipping help, mailing supplies, and additional signers can be added on top of the starting rate. Deposits start at $50 for standard bookings and $100 for rush, after-hours, or higher-complexity appointments.
