Parker Visual Notary Services provides professional notarial services for individuals, families, and businesses throughout the Boston area. Appointments are conducted at your location, on your schedule. All notarial acts are performed by a commissioned Massachusetts Notary Public in an individual capacity.

Acknowledgments — Confirming that a signature on a document was made willingly by the identified person.

Jurats — Administering an oath or affirmation and witnessing the signing of a document.

Oaths & Affirmations — Administering formal sworn statements.

Affidavits & Sworn Statements — Notarizing statements made under penalty of perjury.

Signature Witnessing — Witnessing and certifying the signing of a document, where appropriate under Massachusetts law.

Copy Certifications — Certifying copies of documents, only where permitted under Massachusetts law and appropriate to the document type.

General Document Notarization — A wide range of standard personal, family, business, and administrative documents.

Identification Requirements

Massachusetts law requires that signers present valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of notarization. Please ensure all signers have acceptable ID available before the appointment.
